Returns and Exchanges
For items arrived faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 30 days of delivery, we will either refund or dispatch new items as soon as possible after the faulty items have been returned.

1.All returns and exchanges must be in original packaging. For faster service, please include a copy of your packing slip and write down your reasons.
2.Buyer is responsible for the return postage fee and insurance of all returns and exchanges. These fees are not refundable.
Please allow 15 business days to process your returns or exchanges.
We reserves right to refuse any returns or exchanges for any reasons.
